Client success stories

The number that moved was profit.

Each story follows the same structure: what was actually wrong, what we changed, and what happened to the economics of the business afterwards.

Home & kitchen$60k–$90k / month ad spend

Revenue was flat for a year. Profit had been falling the whole time.

Platform ROAS looked stable at 3.4x while contribution margin quietly eroded. Restructuring Shopping around product-level margin and cutting three unprofitable hero SKUs from paid rotation changed the economics without changing top-line spend.

How we report

Numbers that survive a finance conversation.

Growth claims are easy to make when the metric is chosen after the fact. These are the rules we hold ourselves to.

01

Profit, not attributed revenue

Every result is stated in terms of profit after product and variable costs, measured in ScaleAble against the store's own Shopify data.

02

Blended, not platform-reported

Returns are reported as blended MER across all spend. Platform ROAS is included only where it is useful context.

03

Events on the record

Budget shifts, promotions, price changes and restructures are marked in the platform, so before-and-after comparisons are honest.
